Prior to the 1960's, Benidorm was a small village. Today, it is one of the most popular resorts for people in Europe. As a result of this popularity, it is known as the ' Manhatten of Spain '. The unique skyline of tall hotels, unlike anywhere else along the " white coast " contrasts with the Campana Mountain behind the town.
Benidorm has its own micro climate with temperatures staying above 18 degrees all year round.
There are over 1,000 places to eat and drink along the tree lined streets. The town has an excellent bus service along the front and into the surrounding inland villages. For the energetic you can walk along the seafront in under an hour. Of special interest is the old town with all its magnificent churches. |

Most standard cabins feature beds or bunk beds, a private shower, toilet bed/linen and towels.
The hotel, renovated in 2005, is only 350 metres from the Levante beach and town centre. All 246 rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, balcony and satellite TV. Your buffet style breakfast and evening meals are served in a choice of two restaurants.
There is a nightly entertainment programme and the hotel boasts extensive garden areas. There is waiter bar service to the 2 swimming poolareas and the lounge. This hotel is suitable for disabled clients.
On the return journey from Benidorm to Bilbao, the coach will depart late in the evening after your meal and travel overnight to board the return ferry on Sunday 25th April. We will arrive back at Flimwell late on Monday. You will need an over night bag for the first 2 nights at sea and please ensure any medication you need is in this bag, as your main luggage will not be available from the boot of the coach. |
