One of the most popular resorts on the Costa Brava coast, Calella is the capital of the Meresme Coast which greets you with a wonderful pot pouri of bars, restaurants, discos and of course the miles of golden sands stretching out in front of the town. This is a bustling modern resort which happily sits by the side of the original Catalan fishing village. There are plenty of shops along the tree lined avenues where you can buy bargains galore.
Open air bars where you can quench your thirst line the beach and in the evenings everything comes to life in the bars, discos and restaurants.
Excursions from Calella are easy by taking the scenic coastal railway which runs along the Costa Brava from Gerona to Barcelona or you can take a lazy cruise between the coastal resorts. |

This hotel has been family run since 1961. Situated in the heart of calella in a quiet street next to a pedestrian zone and only 180 meteres from the beach.
All rooms have en-suite bath or shower and WC facilities, as well as satellite TV, telephone, hair dryer and air conditioning. Rooms with balconies are only available on request.
Meals in the stylish restaurant are buffet style and the hotel is noted for its superb food.
The hotel also has a beautiful sun terace, small swimming pool, bar and TV lounge.
